CHESTNUT SPORTS CLUB “WM OPEN TICKETS” SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY CONTEST**


NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ARIZONA WHO ARE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

1. SPONSOR

Chestnut Sports Club LLC, Scottsdale, AZ (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of Arizona who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, or agents of Sponsor, Sprouts Farmers Market, Meta/Instagram, the WM Phoenix Open, the Thunderbirds, the PGA Tour, their respective subsidiaries, distributors, or advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. Employees of Zonafide Beverages LLC, affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM MST on 1/1/26] and ends at 11:59:59 PM MST on [1/30/26](“Promotion Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

Scan the QR code at participating Chestnut Sports Club/Zonafide Beverages LLC. promotions locations and go to contest landing page, which provides the Instagram Social Media Giveaway Rules and link to instagram account. 

During the Promotion Period, eligible participants must:

  1. Follow @ChestnutSportsClub on Instagram;
  2. Comment on the official Sweepstakes post and tag one (1) friend who is 21+.

Each comment with a unique tagged 21+ friend constitutes one entry. No limit on entries.
No purchase necessary. Internet access and an Instagram account are required.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) tickets to the WM Phoenix Open, 16th Hole, for Thursday Feb 5th, 2026.
  • Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1500.

Tickets were privately acquired by Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the WM Phoenix Open, The Thunderbirds, or the PGA TOUR.

Prize does not include transportation, lodging, meals, or any other expenses. Alcohol is not included in the prize.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within three (3) days of Promotion Period close.
Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @ChestnutSportsClub.
Winner has 24 hours to claim the prize.
If winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winner must provide proof of age (valid government ID) and Arizona residency.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Sprouts Farmers Market, Instagram, the WM Phoenix Open, The Thunderbirds, and the PGA Tour from any and all liability arising from participation or prize use.

Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. You are providing your information to Sponsor.

No purchase necessary. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. By entering, participants release Chestnut Sports Club / Zonafide Beverages LLC and affiliates from liability related to participation or prize use. Chestnut Sports Club may cancel or modify this promotion if necessary.

By entering, winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, corrupted, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues beyond Sponsor’s control.

11. DISPUTES

Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
